During the recent broadcast of “Yoo Hee Yeol’s Sketchbook,” Jinyoung filled in for his co-member Sandeul who recently got sick while promoting his solo debut.
On the show, Jinyoung performed “Nothing Better” and then commented, “I thought that my heart was going to hurt. I am still shaking,” after performing the song.

BTS leader Rap Monster revealed to be taking a break due to health concerns.
On September 30, Big Hit Entertainment shares:
“Hello, this is Big Hit Entertainment.
We are here to inform you that BTS member Rap Monster would not be able to perform at ‘K-Pop World Festival’ which would be held today at Changwon.
Rap Monster, who was focusing on the new choreography practice for their 2nd album, was sent to the orthopedics on September 29 when he felt pain. He was recommended to control himself from any excessive activity since it could lead to stress fracture.
No other concerns were found during the X-ray, and his knees were in good condition, including his other parts. To be able to improve his health, he will be receiving physical therapy regularly. When the symptoms were discovered at an early age, the doctor revealed that he would be able to recover after taking a break from his activities. In consideration of the doctor’s advice, Rap Monster would take a break to focus on his treatment so that he could be able to come back healthy.
Rap Monster will not be able to participate in the performance scheduled for today. However, the other members of BTS will be joining the event. Moreover, the other remaining members will be attending the ‘Busan One Asia Festival’ on October 1.
We apologize to the fans who looked forward to BTS’ performance in both events. All the members of BTS will be greeting fans bright and healthy during their comeback promotions.”
BTS member Rap Monster talks about taking dancing solo on stage for “BTS FESTA.”
During annual anniversary party, “BTS FESTA,” of boy group BTS, Rap Monster performed one of Jimin’s solo dances.
When the rehearsal video came out through “Bangtan Bomb,” Rap Monster then took to Twitter to reveal his thoughts on the experience. He reveals, “Seeing the Bangtan Bomb yesterday made me think about that time… To be honest, I am not sure how many times I would be dancing on my own in the future… I often see J-Hope, Jimin or Jungkook dancing. I think that they really look cool and even if I get to see it every day, there are times when it all feels new.”
Rap Monster adds, “Since I think that I should not be a nuisance, I often think that I want to dance better as well.”
He also writes, “My friends next to me really help me out a lot. Thought it was only one part of me that was shown in the ‘Bangtan Bomb,’ I am always thankful… I was glad that I did not make any mistakes and finished it well. It felt very odd and different compared to when I am rapping.”
The BTS member also shares, “Though I always get stressed out because of dancing, I enjoy it as well. I will work hard and try to be cooler with this album as well.”

Fans have recently demanded a statement from boy groupBTS after being accused of having misogynistic lyrics.
The BTS songs that are under fire for their questionable lyrics includes:
“Yes, you’re the best woman, abuse of power.
So, fucking good at it, abusing power.
Ah, but thinking about it, you were never really powerful.
Let’s take off “power” and call you “dear.” Gonorrhea.”
– Lyrics from here.
“CONVERSE HIGH” – BTS
“I like you but still don’t wear Converse Lows.”
– Lyrics from here.
“WAR OF HORMONES” – BTS
“Women are the best present.”
– Lyrics from here.
With regards to the issue, Big Hit Entertainment posts on their official fan café:
“We have known the controversy with regards to the misogynistic lyrics in BTS songs. After reviewing the lyrics, we found that they could be perceived as misogynistic, regardless of the intentions of the writer, and could be uncomfortable for some people.
We have also confirmed that some tweets by the members before their debut could be offensive to women.
Big Hit Entertainment, as well as the members of BTS, are apologetic to the fans who may have felt uncomfortable because of the lyrics or social network posts. We will take the criticisms and the points into consideration for future works.”
They also add, “We have learned that defining a woman’s position or value in the society from man’s point of view could be wrong. We feel responsible for not being careful with BTS’ contents and causing everyone to worry. We ask that you continue to watch over BTS , and if you would continue to point out our mistakes, we will continue to work hard and listen to the words of the fans and the society.”
